Kumu and students spent early morning at Ulupo Heiau    We completed Full body Lomilomi with Kumu Lomilomi Mark Manuiwaokalanai Saito. What he shared with us was priceless we will take the lesson to our practice and to our lives.

Rainy day !! perfect for Lomilomi workshops   Kumu Mark Just came from big island today !!  learning how to target upper body tensions .... TRAPS !!  Forearms and elbows :))  We loved arms and hands massage by Kumu. Amazing how good it feels !!  someone was snoring !! LOL
