Learn the art of Chinese Fire Cupping with Nori Kohana Massage Therapy’s Licensed Acupuncturist, Akemi Nagakawa, L.Ac.
Cupping is an ancient Chinese medical modality that can treat many types of painful syndromes and promote a healthy circulation of Qi and blood in the meridians. You will learn proper techniques on how to use fire to heat glass cups, placement on body to treat different symptoms, etc. Getting cupped regularly promotes healthy immune system, balanced hormones, and a stress free body.
This cupping class is open only for students who are in the healing arts or body work industry.( i.e. chiropractor, MDs, massage therapists, esthetician, physical therapists, yoga instructors, pilates instructors, etc.)
You will receive an email confirming your seat in the upcoming class after you make the payment. This email will include information on what to expect during the class as well as supplies you need to bring.
Once you sign up for the class, the payment is Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable.
However, to prevent the spread of Covid 19, if you tested positive for covid 19, have been exposed to someone with Covid 19 in the last 5 days, or if you are experiencing any type of flu or Covid like symptoms, please refrain from attending the class. You will have an opportunity to make up the class with this non-refundable amount in the coming class (Exact date TBD)
Our workshop is based on a first comes first serve basis.
